I am indebted to Michael Cronogue for his help and support to the Motor Neurone Disease Association in the West Midlands. Michael had no experience of Motor Neurone Disease prior to offering his support to the charity. He quickly learned however what a dreadful disease it is, and the devastating effects it has on the people it afflicts, their families, friends and carers.
Michael has involved himself in many aspects of the association’s work, from event organisation to administration, fund raising to publicity. One crucial contribution, has been the editing and production of our newsletter that now appears in both print and on-line. ‘The Newsletter’ is an important part of any branch or group’s communication and, for some people, perhaps the only means they have of knowing what is going on within the MND community locally, nationally and internationally. Michael has quickly seized upon the importance and set about revitalising things with enthusiasm and flare.
I’m also grateful to him for his assistance to me with various notices and papers that I, on behalf of the West Midlands Branch, have been required to produce. Writing about the sometimes complex, often painful issues, surrounding a terminal neurological disease is never easy!
Michael was quick to offer his assistance: and his sensitivity and skills as a ‘word smith’ are greatly appreciated.

Michael helped me create the content for my website. He was recommended to me from one of my clients who has also used his service for her website. He helped me use 2 professional words where I had used 5 waffle ones!
He has excellent skills in choosing the right words, that sound professional and has a very good eye for detail.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael to my current and future Clients.
